01Scope
This Research Use Policy applies to every material sold or supplied by SC Peptides, to every order placed through sc-peptides.com and to every communication with us. By placing an order you agree to this policy in full. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
02Laboratory research use only
All materials are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers and institutions. They are provided as chemical reference materials for identification, analytical and experimental use in a laboratory setting. No other use is authorized.
03Not for human or veterinary use
Materials are not for administration to humans or animals by any route. They are not sterile pharmaceutical preparations, have not been manufactured, evaluated or approved for human or veterinary use, and must never be ingested, injected, applied or otherwise introduced into any living organism.
04No diagnostic, therapeutic or preventive intent
Nothing on this site, on our packaging or in our communications is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, or to affect the structure or function of the body. Any published literature we cite describes independent research and is not a claim about any material we sell.
05Not a food, supplement, drug, device or cosmetic
Our materials are not foods, dietary supplements, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics, and are not labeled, packaged or offered as such. We do not supply diluents, solvents or labware, and we do not provide instructions for preparing or administering any material.
06Purchaser eligibility and responsibility
Materials are sold only to purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who represent that they are qualified to handle laboratory research materials, individually or on behalf of an institution or company. The purchaser is solely responsible for safe storage, handling, use and disposal, for any required permits or approvals, and for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to them.
07Jurisdiction and regulatory status
The regulatory status of research chemicals differs by country, state and institution. A research-use statement describes the purpose for which a material is supplied; it does not by itself determine the regulatory status of a material or make any particular use lawful. Purchasers must determine the requirements that apply in their jurisdiction before ordering. We do not ship to destinations where we understand sale to be prohibited.
08Misuse and refusal of sale
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, and may decline to communicate with any person, where an order, message, review or other information indicates intended human or animal use, resale for such use, or other misuse. Requests for dosing, preparation or administration guidance are not answered. Confirmed misuse results in permanent refusal of service.
09Documentation and contact
Certificates of Analysis describe the identity and purity of the lot sampled, as measured by Freedom Diagnostics; they are not approvals for any use.
